We have stayed t countless HGN throughout the years and all over the country...this was BY FAR the best hotel with amazing staff from check-in...assistance with a computer issue...bar...and we especially enjoyed the wonderful space for ability to smoke a few cigars without feeling like outcasts....all around 5 stars! WELL DONE!

Room was very roomy & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious & good choices. I like that they served you from the buffet. Staff especially Jennifer at the front desk were very helpful & accommodating.

The breakfast was tasty and the staff were very helpful and courteous. The hotel was welcoming and the rooms were comfortable - the staff were all friendly and efficient. The parking was convenient and free!

I give this hotel a 5 star rating. We arrived about a 1/2 early & our room was ready. The room & bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The best most helpful staff more than any other hotel we've ever stayed at & we do a lot of traveling. Always greeted with a smile & pleasant attitude. Will definitely return next year!

Always clean and friendly staff. I did have to check out one day early, do to family emergency.. I'm supposed to get a refund. Please advise.

Loved all the amenities. The pool was open until 11pm so the kids got to enjoy that. They also had mini golf on site for free which was fun. The breakfast was amazing. The room was large and very comfortable.. First time at a Hilton Garden Inn. We will definitely be back.
